REST Certified Transformational Leadership Coach
The REST Certified Transformational Leadership Coach (RCTLC) program is a spiritually grounded, practice-based training designed to equip you with the skills, presence, and confidence to guide women through meaningful transformation. Rooted in the International Coaching Federation’s core competencies—and infused with the heart of REST’s identity, narrative, and leadership work—this program prepares you to hold sacred space, listen deeply, and support others as they step into who God created them to be.

You will receive structured training, mentorship, hands-on coaching experience, and a 10-month practicum where you are paired with a REST Retreat participant. Together, you’ll experience the kind of growth that only happens when calling meets practice.
