Recover. Reconnect. Rise.

Recover an accurate perspective. Reconnect with God, yourself, and others.

Rise into your God-given purpose.

  • “I still don’t know how to fully describe REST I don’t have that neat little elevator pitch. What I do know is that I got what I came for, and I’m leaving with so much more. The spiritual piece learning who we are in Christ and being in community with women on the same journey, all at different stages, stretched me in ways I hadn’t experienced before, and now I can honestly say: I’m good, and I’m grateful.”

    Cohort II

  • “I grew up in church, felt the Holy Spirit around me during worship, but never truly felt connected not for myself. Through REST, especially by the fourth retreat weekend, something finally clicked. It took time. Each retreat peeled back another layer of distraction until I could actually be present, breathe, and feel God’s presence in my own heart.

That’s why the full four-weekend journey matters. It gives your mind time to settle, your heart time to soften, and your spirit time to awaken at a pace that’s real and sustainable.

If you’re curious, if you’re longing for something deeper, or if you’ve ever wondered why you couldn’t quite ‘get there’ spiritually REST is a place where that connection becomes possible. It truly exceeded everything I thought it would be.”

    REST Participant,

    Cohort II

  • REST helped me see that it’s not just about praying or going through the motions it’s about learning how to be in God’s presence, something many of us were never actually taught.

For me, it looked like going away with a small group of incredible women, bringing all my anger, hurt, and exhaustion with me. And instead of being judged for it, I was met with love. That alone was healing.

REST is a place where you can finally surrender sometimes for the first time and discover who you truly are beneath everything life has told you to be. I wasn’t looking for church. I wasn’t looking for anything, really. But something in me said, ‘Why not try?’ And I’m so grateful I did. It exceeded every expectation.”
