Organizational Learning & CI
Reflect, adapt, interpret and strengthen your work overtime.
Service Description
Sometimes the challenge isn't gathering more information. It's making sense of what you've already learned and determining what should happen next. Organizational Learning & Continuous Improvement is designed for teams that have gathered feedback, completed a discovery or engagement process, tested an approach, or recognized the need for change, but need support interpreting what they've learned and translating it into thoughtful refinement. Our work may include: Reflecting on what you've experienced individually and collectively Synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data Identifying patterns, themes, tensions, and emerging insights Interpreting what the learning means for your current work Determining what should stay, what needs to change, and what may need to be released Identifying opportunities for responsive design, testing, and refinement Clarifying next steps for implementation and continued learning Before deciding what changes, we make meaning of what you've learned. I'll begin by understanding where you've been, what prompted the work, what you've tried, and where you are now. This helps me understand both the learning you've gathered and what your team may need to move from information to interpretation. We might explore: What were you hoping to learn, and what prompted you to engage your internal or external community? What kinds of data or feedback have you collected, and why is it significant? What surprised you, challenged you, or affirmed assumptions you already held? Who needs to be part of making sense of what you've learned? Where does your team feel stuck, uncertain, or intimidated by the information in front of you? What feels most difficult or inaccessible when you think about determining what comes next? From there, I'll design and facilitate a process that helps your team synthesize what you've gathered, interpret what it means, and determine how your learning should inform what happens next. Let's start with a conversation. Every meaningful partnership begins with listening. If your team has done the work of learning but isn't yet sure what that learning is asking of you, let's begin there. Schedule a complimentary 30-minute Zoom consultation above, and let's explore what your learning may be inviting you to do next.
